Before the Trip: Cancellation Fee

• 6 to 4 days before the trip: 30%
• 3 to 1 days before the trip: 50%
• On the day the trip starts: 100%
• If the necessary fees deducted in accordance with the agreed ratio above are lower than the actual incurred expenses, the traveler shall pay based on the actual incurred expenses; however, the maximum amount shall not exceed the total travel cost.
• Due to the special nature that some travel resources require advance booking, if this product itinerary is cancelled after the travel agency has formed the group but more than 6 days before the departure date, actual losses will still be incurred. Specific losses include but are not limited to air tickets, hotels, etc. If the traveler needs to cancel the order, they shall contact the travel agency in a timely manner. The travel agency shall not bear any other compensation liability except for assisting the traveler in mitigating losses and refunding the expenses corresponding to losses that have not actually been incurred.
